18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

WornBloom operates as a third-party platform that hosts user-generated content. WornBloom is not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any of the visual content appearing on this website.

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on WornBloom were 18 years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions.

The operators of this website require all sellers to confirm, as part of the seller verification process, that all persons depicted in content they upload are adults. Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by each seller as required by law.

With respect to any user-generated content displayed on WornBloom, WornBloom relies upon the exemption for secondary producers set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4).

Any content found to depict persons under the age of 18 should be reported immediately to NCMEC CyberTipline and to safety@wornbloom.com.
