How do I buy an item?
Browse listings, add credits to your balance, then purchase. Physical items are shipped directly by the seller; digital items are delivered instantly.
How do I top up my balance?
Go to your profile and select Top Up. We accept all major cards via Stripe. Funds appear in your balance immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Digital items are non-refundable once delivered. For physical items, contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order.
Are buyers verified?
Yes. All buyers must confirm they are 18 or older before they can browse or purchase. We take age compliance seriously.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Click "Become a seller" and complete a quick ID verification. Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
How much does it cost to list?
Listing is completely free. WornBloom takes a 20% commission on each sale — you keep 80%.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are added to your balance the moment a buyer confirms their purchase. You can withdraw to your bank account at any time.
What can I sell?
Worn clothing, footwear, lingerie, digital media, and custom items. All listings must comply with our terms of service.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards via Stripe. No cryptocurrency.
How do withdrawals work?
Add your IBAN in the dashboard, then request a withdrawal. Funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. WornBloom never stores your card or bank details.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@wornbloom.com with your request. We will process the deletion within 30 days.
Who can see my personal information?
Your real name and banking details are never shared with other users. Buyers only see your seller handle and public profile.
How do I report a user or listing?
Use the report button on any listing or profile. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
