1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WornBloom. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. WornBloom reserves the right to terminate any account where the account holder is found to be under 18.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use another person's account. WornBloom may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must complete ID verification before listing items. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for fulfilling orders as described. You must own or have the right to sell every item you list. All content you upload must comply with applicable law and these Terms.
4. Prohibited content
You may not list or distribute content that is illegal, depicts or involves minors in any sexual context, is obtained without consent, constitutes harassment, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Violations result in immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement.
5. Payments and fees
All transactions are processed by Stripe. WornBloom charges a 20% commission on every completed sale; sellers receive 80% of the listed price. WornBloom credits and balances have no cash value outside the platform except through the withdrawal process.
6. Refunds
Digital items are non-refundable once delivered. For physical items, buyers may request a resolution within 7 days of confirmed delivery. WornBloom mediates disputes at its sole discretion.
7. Privacy
Your use of WornBloom is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimers
WornBloom provides the platform "as is". We do not inspect physical items before shipment and make no warranty regarding the condition, authenticity, or legality of any listing. Transactions are between buyers and sellers; WornBloom is not a party to those agreements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WornBloom's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in fees in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WornBloom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
